This table is incomplete.  The information is drawn from a partial copy of a Book of Fleetwood dated June 29, 1929, from the collection of the late Phil Dumka.  You will note in the column headed "Page Number" that some pages  are not listed;  this is because my copy is incomplete.  Any users who have access to that book are welcome to help me complete the table.  Also included in this table, in italics (for information), are some styles that were NOT mounted on the V16 chassis.
