Described thus [I give it to you in extenso]: The '53 the Eldorado Convertible was a very expensive Luxury automobile as the listing price was $7,750. A quite rare and sought after automobile as there were only 532 Eldorado convertibles built for 1953. The featured classic is #188/532 as documented on the cowl tag. Numered rare cars are in high demand and short supply. The car was purchased as an actual mile car. Theodometer reads: 53,587 although being sold as "mileage exempt." One must really consider over the past 52 years how many have disappeared for various reasons: rusted out,wrecked, destroyed etc..
